Ingredients
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk
- 1 cup whole milk
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and place in a water bath.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool for 15 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Garnish with shredded coconut and serve chilled.
